BUSINESS

Canada offers various immigration gateways to business class immigrants. This is solely based on the ability to be well established economically and contribute to the development of the Canadian economy.

There are 2 categories of business immigrants:

  1. Start-Up Visa
  2. Self-Employed Persons.

A prospective business immigrant can apply under these 2 categories with the federal department responsible for Canada immigration (IRCC) or under the PNP (Provincial Nomination Program for Entrepreneur /Investor Visa Program.

The PNP class affords all 10 provinces and 3 territories with the exception of Nunavut, the jurisdiction to identify and implement their immigration necessities.  By acting in alignment with the Federal Immigration directives, they can nominate an interested party for immigration into their Province.
